need help with hd what card to get
hi im from australia and our hd tv runs at a different hz to america.
i have a hd set top box that i want to run the signal into my computer and down scale it to the native res of my dlp pj, it is 1024 by 768.
could some one please tell what card i can get that will do this job for me
