Need help with my Tvix 5110

my 5110sh will not boot up properly. it will say boot and then nothing. my wife says that my 3 year old must have done something to it since she saw erasing showing on the screen. i think that what happened is he started the upgrade process and my wife thought that it was deleting files and she pulled the power cord. i have downloaded and tried to install all versions of the firmware, but after the upgrade attempt, all i get is NOT F/W on the screen of the player.


any help would be greatly appreciated
