On the Harmony, generaly this will be a single button called Dolby and it will cycle through all the dolby options when pressed repeatedly. That is the way it works on my Marantz AVR anyways.

If John's suggestion doesn't work call Logitech. They will tell you how to do it quick and easy. They have some of the best CSR's I've ever used. They will even program it for you if need be.
my remote i guess is over its warranty so logitech says i have to spend 30 bucks to get assistance with anything-trying to avoid that scenario. will try the dolby button but i swear i have tried everything.
tried the dolby button but only switched between enhanced and standard dolby. I still cannot select pro logic II ex/es
hey if you had programed the harmony 550 to your yamaha rx-v2400 you should have a button labeled surr decoder. i have a yamaha rx-v2600 and a harmony 880 PRO model and when i press that button, o can toggle between pro logic, pro logic 2 movie, pro logic 2 music, pro logic 2 game and so on.
tried everything and then a buddy of mine came along with a crestron ir learner. got codes from crestron database and shot it to the remote. all works great and from no help with logitech. left logitech a not so good survey expressing th fact that they want to charge customers on support for what should have been in the database. thanks to all that helped.
