Unlees your TWC box allows a Digital OTA input, you will need one of the STBs to decode the Digital Signal like you had with the Dish 6000 and OTA Module. The DTC-100 is one choice as there are many others. You don't necessarily need one with an integrated DirecTV tuner unless you want DirecTV. You could go with the Samsung T-150 that doesn't have a DirecTV tuner. If you go with the DTC-100, you will also have to buy the adapter to hook up to your TV. It doesn't have componet connections. Unfortunately, no matter what STB you choose it will be a rather expensive effort just to get one channel. All of the STBs will have either coax but most probably Optical Digital Connection for your Audio to your receiver. Good Luck!

Since the SA2000HD has no OTA capability I agree with bmello that to get the ABC signal you will have to get a STB. Have you asked your Time Warner for an update on if/when they will include ABC?

Our ABC just lit up here (in test mode) and I have no idea when they will do HD and be carried on TW (I suspect not for a very long time). If you can afford it and if its that important to you then get the HD receiver and enjoy. Just get one that has the connections you need (might need transcoder for RCA unit). The RCA has only RGBHV output so transcoder will convert to 3-wire Component (YPrPb). The RCA DTC-100 does not require a dish to work for OTA either as did the 6000.

Hi, I have the elite 710 tv hooked to the TWC HD2000, get all HD offered. TWC does not carry ABC digital yet, been waiting for 8 months. What are my options to receive OTA Abc?? I have the silver sensor antenna and a lot of rg6. I had the dish 6000 with ota cartridge but sold it in January when TWC gave me Hd Box. Is my only option to buy the rca dct 100 and hook it to my silver sensor??My audio receiver accepts coax + optical inputs. Hopefully the dct has 1 of these. All options appreciated. Need to watch a digital football signal and I see Abc is having a bugs life along with some other movies in HD. Thanks, Tim.
