Need recommendation on cheap A/V w/ S-VHS switching

Looking for the best value in an A/V receiver. Flexible video switching is the most important feature. Discontinued model or referbished is OK.

Kenwoods all have excelent s-video switching.
I would agree that Kenwood's have excellent SVHS switching. My KR-V9080 has 5 SVHS inputs and effectively 3 outputs and it's about the only thing that it does really well.

I'm looking for a low-end DD 5.1 receiver and may try to keep the Kenwood around just to handle my SVHS needs. The downside is that it uses a proprietary frequency for its IR commands and so no third-party remote will work with it...
