from them..

If you had trouble did customer service take care of your problems.

Are the NAD T775 having trouble with DTS coming from Blu Ray and HD

formats?

I would like to purchase within a week or so..Joe

I have not tried either unit but I'm pretty sure the NAD does not support TrueHD and DTS-MA, etc. Consider this if it is important to you.

I have had the T775 since early Dec. I find the quality of sound very good. I upgraded from an B&K receiver and I think the NAD sounds much better for 5.1 material and slightly better for 2-ch material. The Audyssey equalization makes a big difference. Since my unit was one of the early production units, I did have some issues with video. This was corrected through several firmware upgrades that were emailed from NAD and installed by me. I have been very impressed with NAD support. The NAD products do not decode HD Dolby or DTS-MA. They will process 8-ch LPCM via HDMI and allow bass management, equalization, and post-processing to be applied.


Before purchasing the T775, I did audition a Marantz 8001 and didn't think it sounded as good as my 10 year old B&K.
