All other apps run fine.  Connected properly.  Already used the connection error/reset method mentioned often on this forum.  What appears when netflix is ran is the usual loading screen for netflix itself then a black flash and it loads the Viera homescreen.  Any assistance is appreciated.  If this was solved, I apologize for the repost.  Thank you.

What model blu ray player/HDTV are you using?

Turn off Vierra Cast. Then go online to Netflix, and under Your Account, click the link to deactivate all devices linked to your subscription. Then relaunch the NF app to see if the member sign in/sign up for Free Trial screen appears and if t does, enter your details...

Don't own the Panasonic tv you have, so I have no knowledge of how the menus are laid out. You mentioned trying a reset. Is there also an option to delete the app, and perhaps, you could then download it again?

 

I'm out of ideas, except for calling either Panasonic or Netflix.

Did you disable the Viera link app in the set up menu? If so and you are still having an issue, you need to contact Panasonic support. You should also post this issue in the VT50 owners thread in the plasma forum.

There is no option to delete the app as far as I know.  I've found a lot of people asking the same question online and they only suggest "disabling" the app from the menu which unfortunately does nothing to change the scenario.
