Netflix- promotional offer hosing

I signed up for Netflix with the special month free offer inclosed with the A1. I have tried Netflix in the past. I open my credit card statement and there is a monthly charge from Netflix- WTF. Upon contacting them by e-mail I am informed this promotion is for new and existing customers only. I explain there website took the code and nowhere did it say it wouldn't be a free month trial. Quite the contrary, it said my free month trial was beginning. I am going to contest this with my credit card company but CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS if you are a previous subscriber and have used the promotion also.
