I just received an email from Netflix saying they are going to reduce the "3 out" program from $21.99/ month to $17.99/ month beginning Nov. 1st. This was due to many member complaints about the price according to the email.

All in all I have been pretty happy with Netflix, so this is a pleasant surprise. I'm glad there is finally some competition out there to give Netflix a run for their money.
