When streaming via netflix on blu ray player or tv does the content come from netflix as interlaced or progressive ? I understand the resolution might change depending on bandwidth but what about i/p ?
Actually same question for other online streamers like Vudu, Amazon, Apple/iTunes ?

As far as I'm aware, online streaming across the board is progressive. The only place interlacing would be introduced is in your settings (if 1080i is chosen as an output format, for example).

Thank you for your reply. I have one more question -
What about frame rate ? Is it 24 or 30 or something else ? I understand different content (movie v/s tv) can have different frame rates but do streaming services send one fixed frame rate for all their content or does it vary by content ?
