I've been searching all over the place and reading thread after thread, but I can't really find anything that gives me a good answer. I plan to compare the two once I grab Netflix, but for now does anyone have any insight on which will work out better? I'll have peak speeds of 50mb so speed really isn't an issue. I'd prefer to use the device that streams and displays the highest quality possible.


The 52" Sony XBR9 includes Netflix as one of their apps. The Xbox 360 obviously does too.

Netflix viewing on the Xbox requires a monthly subscription to Xbox Live.

To add to this, it works with the cheaper annual XBL Gold subscription too. If you are going to play games online with 360, you will need XBL Gold.

Ohhh lame. I used to have Xbox Live and it ended a few months ago. I guess I'll be using the TV's then. I may get live again later though. Anyone have any idea with the comparison of the two? Thanks!
