Netflix will not open after firmware update to Version 1120 or 1121

Hello all,

I have not had Netflix working since updating to 1120, and then 1121.  All I get is a blank screen.

Does anyone else here have this problem?

I have been discussing it in a forum for another model number because I saw the exact same problem there.  People have been very helpful but no success yet.

I was wondering if anyone here has the same problem since this is actually the TV that I have.

Try to open Netflix.....blank screen.  Anyone else, especially anyone who got it working again?

Thanks.

OK, it seems that I put this in the wrong place and am unable to delete it.  If anyone can help I have model number UN65F6400.

thanks

Could be a corrupted update, I would contact the manufacture to let them know. It doesn't sound wide spread so its probably not corrupted on there servers so you will need to let them know asap that something is wrong. If it is still under warranty they should be able to fix it.

Finally gave in and called Samsung.  I hate being on hold and going through steps that you know will not help your problem.

I finally had to give them remote access.  They then restarted the Smart Hub through some service menus which I have never seen.  After that it worked fine.  So, if you still have this problem just go through the hoops, let them snoop around in your TV, and they can fix it.
