Here is my configuration:

dialupPC4504

ipconfig report attached.

I am trying to transfer some photos from a PC to RTV....

PC is able to see RTV, but unable to copy anything (.

If I select a folder with JPEGs on my PC and then paste it in the RTV photo folder, I can see file coping progress, but after it finished - there are no files on RTV. If I try to copy second time - RTV reboots. Sometimes I am able to create a folder and copy 1 file to it, but file is smaller then on PC and it is not recognized (of course) by RTV as a valid JPEG.

ipconfig.txt 1.8154296875k . file

Did you remember to assign at least 1 Gig to the Photo partition during setup?

That is the only thing these symptoms suggest to me.

I've got an open box. It was already somehow partitioned. How can I check the size of my photo partition?

Menu / Photo Viewer -> Is there a line like this?:
0.90G bytes available in Photo directory

If not, then the original user must not have setup a photo partition. You'll have to do a factory reset (which will wipe your disk clean of all Replay Channels, Replay Shows, Settings, etc.) If that is what you want to do, watch or dump to VCR everything you want to keep, then do a 382 and reset to Factory Defaults.

During the Quick Setup process that you'll automatically enter after it reboots, you'll be asked to assign some space to the Photo Partition. 1 Gig should be plenty.

Thanks a lot - you were right, another user didn't set it up.

Today I transfered my photos with no problem!
