The good folks at Google just added a price finder feature to their site.

froogle.google.com

It worked pretty good when I just typed in brand and model number, e.g., "Pioneer 503CMX"

But I would not depend on it to find the real bargains, like Dell stacked coupons.

Like their regular internet search site, paid advertisement is shown in the right margin. But the main search list is supposed to NOT be influenced by advertising money.

As far as I can tell you cannot order the results by price. :(

After playing with it bit more, I found a lot of "related" products get mixed up in the list too. For example, if you search by PC model you get a lot of peripherals in the mix.

Looks like this site still needs work.

Oh well. It's still a good starting place to compare prices of specific Plasma models.

Hi Guys,

This baby did get me some knockout prices on computer parts. Nice indeed. I don't mind scrolling through a few pages of mismatches if it brings the goods.

Thanks Sixsevans
