It started to develop these problems:

In bright scene changes there are some intensity change in the picture

(dark band). I have tried another DVD and other cables , but it won't help so it must be the pj..

It is not possible to pause the image to look at the phenomenon.

Attached picture of how it looks. (lum_flash.jpg) Taken in a really bright scene change.

The other problem is in the next posting.

Hello!

It might be the Horizontal Phase, maby you are pushing it to hard. I might be wrong, but check it.

Nope. I have tried horizontal phase, running the pj with ungrounded power lead and reversed the cord in the outlet, tried both video and svhs input direct, and fast vs slow sync.

When i lower the contrast below 40 it wont' show, and if i raise contrast over 70 it will not go away (until scene change).

Could it have some connection to the other problem with brownish bars in another post i made?
