I've seen the BIC Acoustech speakers and the reviews have been positive. I went looking on ebay for them and kept seeing a subwoofer that had the caption "new for 2009." It has a silver woofer. So I asked the seller if there was going to be a whole new set of BIC speakers...center, left, right, towers, etc. He answered me simply "yes, in about three weeks." That was last week.

I see that they can be picked up real cheap online if you search...anybody know if these are an old model (ie., older than the Acoustech's withthe gold drivers?) I could only find the center, which looks like it's intended to be used as a center and as a left/right.

you should throw this in the acoustech owners thread, as it might get more looks. i know i check that thread specifically every once in a while to get updates on the new line for 09.


i am very interested to see what is coming out. i am hoping we will see something at ces.
