Are they actually going to try to stock more games, though? The reason I quit was because it was impossible to get new release games for months unless you played queue games. And this was last summer, not even in the Fall so I am not talking about Halo 3, Call of Duty, Orange Box, whatever.
NEW Gamefly Texas Center Open
Gamefly's has just "officially" opened a 4th shipping center. This new one is in Texas is supposed to serve the surrounding states as well. It's the 3rd center for them to open up in a little over a year. Obviously they needed more shipping centers. Now they have 4, California, Texas, Florida and Pennsylvania.

They also have some great deals on used games: DMC4, Burnout Paradise, Mass Effect, Assasin's Creed for $20
I haven't had much wait time here in NJ. I doubt you'll get a game on the day of release, but I've gotten games within a week of release. I had GTA pretty much right after release. Not by playing queue games but by thinking ahead and adding early.
Last year they didn't have 3 other ship centers. So I'd guess they have 3x the stock when you last tried them. For me the saving and convenience of being able to try so many different games far outweighs having to wait a couple more days for new releases.

same reason I quit. they don't seem to be increasing stock with these new centers. unless I got lucky timing a return to coincide with a release, there was no way to get anything within 2-3 months of release. not to mention the absurd number of high/medium availability games that got passed over in queue.
This is exactly why I canceled my GF acct; although I do start it up from time to time for a couple of months to check out some of the older titles I never played.

My queue has been shipping right on time and in order. They must be more games in the system with each new shipping center opened. That would only make sense. Like I said I got GTAIV the week after release. I also got Bioshock practically the same week. My buddy been getting ps3 games fast, he got MSG4 last week. I've also noticed ship speed and deliver times have improved with each center opening.

I am starting to get really frustrated with not getting games in my top 8 or 9 the past 3 times....

I've been a member for about 2 years.
I really think they are increasing stock for big releases now seeing how easy it was to get gta4 and msg4. I know a year ago I would wait a couple weeks before I even tried to get really popular releases. But recently they've been coming fast. I ended up keeping orange box, and gta. I got gta for $40 that way.
Don't remeber the last time i got a game that wasn't in my top 3. How many games are in your queue? I keep it under 10-15.
