WinTV running under Windows XP has a new feature called "de-interlacer". This feature improves the video quality of TV running on your PC screen. For example, if you've noticed lines in your TV picture when watching a football game, or when watching a news ticker, the WinTV's new de-interlacer will remove the lines.

Finally, Microsoft Certification! I dont have any problems with and it looks pretty polished and complete. I like the new deinterlacing options integrated into the WinTV32 app.

I noticed this version finally get the frequencies right under Pal B, now they are exact same as in Vfw drivers.

One real bad point though is this new version completely disables the recording options of WinTV 32/2000 software, anyone have any idea why ?

I tried updating to WinTV 32/2000 3.35 software even though I'm not using Windows XP (I'm using Windows 2000 SP2) but it made no difference.
