im looking into buying new tv mostly for wacthing tv, dvd's, pc hookup to watch movies or pc games and ps2 hookup. i'm about 8-9ft back and seats at bout 160 degrees, i also like to laydown on the floor sometimes, also about three windows on the side wall that shed some light. whats the difference between the hm84 and hm94 series tvs i have my mind set on eithier a 46hm84 $[MSRP ONLY] , 52hm94 for about $[MSRP ONLY] or 52hm84 for about$[MSRP ONLY] and a phillips 42" plasma 42fd9954/17s for about $[MSRP ONLY] plus e-box phillips sell for optimal performance.

Is this a joke, or a ploy to try and grab some sales. Your not supposed to post prices exept for MSRP, however all the prices are well below the best dealer costs out there.


If this is not a joke, and these are for brand new sets, I'd suggest you buy all of them, and as many as you can. Either start your own business or sell them on Ebay.

Please refrain from posting any prices except MSRP.


If you have seating spread out 160 degrees and like to watch from the floor within said distance you need to go with a plasma or direct view tube.

There will be too much PQ degradation for any RPTV at these viewing extremes.
