New Infocus SP-006 lamp hum won't go away!

I just installed a new Infocus lamp/module in my 7205 and as it did in the past, the startup hum will not cease. When I first installed it, the hum would take a little longer to drop out, like 5 minutes, but now it is constant and VERY loud. Do I have a bad module or an issue with the transformer's impedance?
