Actually the title might be wrong, because in reality it's very sad. Back on November 29, 2006 I sent an email asking when New Line would be releasing LOTR on HD-DVD. I got this reply today and the line that made me laugh is "We are sending you this automated reply in order to give you the fastest possible assistance." (my italics and bold)
