If the following specs are an indication of the upcoming GeForce4, then the graphics cards wars are about to be very interesting. The following is taken from the nVidia PDF on the NV17 at their website.

Sounds cool.


I wonder if the output DAC is also 10-bit or still 8. It sounds like the "10-bit DAC" they refer to is actually an ADC used for video capture.

Err, actually that 10-bit DAC sounds like it's part of the TV-out (s-video out) feature. Who knows what the regular VGA output path uses.
