One of the slickest new features in PGR is its weather. Bizarre's using what it likes to call extreme weather' for more than just making the sky gray. Water beads up on beautifully on all the gorgeous paintjobs, spray jets out from the tires, and in the in-car view, wipers move and windshields ice up.

Wow I'm torn between my most anticipated game of 07... Dirt or PGR4... They said the leap in this game will be like the leap between 1 and 2. As long as it has tracks like 2, I'll be happy.

According to OXM, the game will feature 200+ tracks in 10 locations.

Yeah, be careful how you define "track". Traditionally in Project Gotham Racing, they take one huge track and cut it up into small segments, and they then refer to each of those as a separate "track". So a given city might actually contain 20 or 30 different tracks; it's not "one track, one location".

look at how tired this guy looks and how hard the team worked. you can't skip forza.

PGR3 in itself is sweet looking. If those in car/behind car shots look as good as those camera shots then PGR4 will be incredible looking. Beyond what I thought the 360 was capable of.

Probably 1/2 or 1/3 that. There were only five locations in PGR3.

i don't think that video looks any better than forza... besides have we confirmed that this is in-game?

Although I am not 100% sure, I think these are frame-buffer shots. If that is true, then it should look identical during gameplay. I find that a bit hard to believe though; this game looks amazing.

I'll wait for gameplay vidoes or even better a playable demo. PGR3 had the same scenario as Forza 2, release pictures, etc that looked much better than actual gameplay.

I don't think the PGR4 videos look any different than the prerelease videos for Forza 2. Why people think this game will look any better or worse than Forza puzzles me.
