I just moved. I had a different thread but my screen name changed. It was my 2 channel setup in my bedroom and projector setup in the living room of the old place. I sold the projector setup for something better and I will have 2 seperate systems independent of each other in one big room. The room is 20 feet x 20 feet with 10 ft. high ceilings and I have a lot of work to do yet still. This room will probably see a surround sound/projector setup also (the Dynaudio Sapphires will remain 2 channel only...they were in my bedroom at my old apartment). Where the table is I'm building a bar and I'll have 2 couches (one in front of the computer lounge area...few pages back I have pics of that) and one to the right of the lounger.

Nice, clean setup with very good equipment. I just purchased my first Dyns (used 1.8's) to put in the same room as my ht to use for dedicated 2 channel listening. It worked out well. Thanks for sharing.

Update...

Just got a Naim dac, nordost quantum qb8 power distributor, and naim nac a5 speaker wire. I built a bar also. Working on a 3d projector, new music server, and another couch next.

seanmf,

Looking good. Can you give more info on your equipment rack?

I'm curious for the far right shelves as to who makes them?

Better bottom end, cleaner/more balanced sound, and lowered noise floor. Naim is considered "musical" and I would agree with that. My Sapphires were a bit more forward than I wanted. With the naim dac, nordost qb8 power conditioner, naim nac a5 speaker wire, and changing my Octave v70 tubes to the Gold Lions I've got what I am after and I am satisfied.
