hey guys, im hoping theres a ipod expert here that has some insight. i went to the apple store today only for them to tell me theres an hour wait to see a tech. anyway, here it goes
so I have a 30gb ipod, and about 20gb worth or music im trying to add. somewhere around 2800 songs (while syncing), it freezes up and gives an error message "ipod cannot be synced". but, if i put on say 2500 songs or so, everything works fine. is as if the hard drive is screwy from 16gb on. i searched online and there is a diagnostic menu where you can check the hard drive for bad sectors, but i cannot find the system check in the diagnostic menu anywhere. also, the battery only lasts about 10 min. anyone tried an ebay battery? thanks for any help!
