Hey all,
I am new to home theater and am tossing around the idea for a build and have some questions. I know that I do not have the optimum space, but wanted to do a budget build and try to work with what I have. I am budgeting just under $600 for a projector, but will go slightly over if needed.
The three projectors I am looking at as of now are:
Viewsonic Pro8200
Viewsonic PJD7820HD
Acer H5370BD (I know it is only 720p)
The dimensions of the room are 12 feet by 7.5 feet. I would be happy with a screen larger than 90".
When using the Projection Calculator, it looks as though my room is going to be too small. The throw is going to be 11 feet.

These are the parameters that it spits out. It looks as though both Throw Distance and Image Diagonal are both in the red zones.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
