Has anyone out there have any info regarding the new Toshiba RPTV's?

Toshiba said that the h82's will be out June/July and that the hdx82's will be available in September/October. Beyond that, there is a dearth of information. Can anyone add to this?

Any word on whether or not Toshiba might introduce a DLP RPTV ? Did Toshiba ever resolve the "ghosting" problems on the HX series ? Bad IC's I heard somewhere .Keep us informed.

Toshiba showed an LCoS based display at CES and that is supposed to ship this Fall. I don't think they've ever showed anything with DLP.


I've personally never had much interest in the whole ghosting thing (none of my customers have ever complained about it), so I haven't been rabidly looking for solutions. I can tell you that the last 65HX81 I saw had more ferrite beads on various wires inside, but I don't think I saw any difference on-screen.
