I own a 2020 and therefore must be careful what I schedule to be recorded. Consequently I spend a lot of time in the "Channel Guide" picking and choosing which programs I want to record. When I find a program that I want, I try to tell the PTV to record it. Many times I have to leave the channel guide and go to the "Replay Guide" to resolve conflicts. I then have to drive the "Channel Guide" back to the program to try again, sometimes many days and many channels away. It would be very useful if the PTV unit would leave the cursor where I left it. Then, if I want to go back to the current time and channel, I could press the "Return to Live" button. The function fits the current definition of the button.

I second that. I hate having to re-find shows in the Channel Guide.


Here's a hint, though. If you get a conflict, just set the new show for Non-Guaranteed, go fix the conflict and then change the new one to Guaranteed in the Replay Guide (which is easiler than re-navigating the Channel Guide).
