i've always been interested in home theater but have only just recently found this forum. and all i can say is wow....i thought i knew ht but now i feel like a circuit city salesman. anyway, i just moved into a new place and my 27" looks like it shrunk. so now im thinking of getting a new tv around 42"-50". if anyone could recommend me on a nice entry level widescreen for around 1500-2000 i would be really grateful. i currently have s-video out from my radeon, component from dvd and coax from my analog cable box. i would like to have dvi in but could live w/o it.

thnx again

Hi roboo7,

This is the CRT Projectors Forum, I think you may in the wrong place, unless you are interested in the ABSOLUTE BEST type and quality HDTV ever made (to date). Namely, CRT Front Projection HDTV. If that's what you had in mind, welcome. Although it appears, from the sizes you have mentioned, you are thinking about a "Rear Projection TV", which is in a different forum.

Regards,

Bruce
