I'm getting the Cowboys game on ST here in Los Angeles, it's on Local Fox, must be because the Philly/Cleavland game went into OT and local Fox was carrying it...Cowboys game still on Local Fox and ST though...so much for blackout rules....

That's exactly what is supposed to happen. Cowboys will black out for you on ST at halftime. This has been happening all season with the opening up of late games to make sure those that want to see it, can. It's a good thing.
