I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this information or if the computer forum is better but since it concerns concert footage I chose here.
Evidently "someone" has released concert footage from three of the concerts NIN performed during the recent Lights in the Sky over North America tour. This isn't just normal footage, it is raw HD footage with audio coming from the sound board. Since it is raw footage the total file sizes are 400 GB. The footage has been made available to fans for their use. The announcement originally was posted on the NIN website:
http://www.nin.com/
A few online music and news sites have picked up the story. Some of the footage has already been put on youtube and other places. I think this is a first for an artist to give the fans the opportunity to create and share their own concert video....and in HD no less.
