hey gang

I ve got a Infocus X3


all the other source inputs are detected automatically i.e. S cable, RCA.!


The problem I'm having is my PC does not find the M1 port at boot up and will not send a signal out.


now if I connect the DVI to a LCD monitor, boot up my PC get XP running

turn off the monitor unplug the DVI cable, plug the active cable in the M1 port on the X3 windows WILL display!

scan for hardware changes then reboot windows,,,nothing!!??

its like windows does not see the infocus X3 at start up.?

any ideas?

Have you turned off all video outputs other than M1? With M1 being the only output, the PJ will have to send a signal over that port and Windows will see it when it starts up.

It was the after market M1 adapter

found the one I got from Infocus works now
