No Dolby with PowerDVD SE

I have an HTPC and I have a free copy of PowerDVD that came with the blu-ray player I installed. I can play Blu-rays just fine but the PowerDVD won't support Dolby. I only get 2.1 sound. Any ideas how to get the 5.1 without purchasing the PowerDVD upgrade?

PowerDVD 11 has dolby digital. Other versions may as well. Check the version details. You don't get much with the free version.
