I've discovered a problem with my new Epson 6010 that may be the fault of my Harmony IR extender. The problem is when viewing 3d I have no control with the remote, ie. pause/play or anything. I have to control the Oppo 93 with the front panel controls. This means getting up and going into the equipment room...annoying. It appears that in 3d mode the projector is overdriving the IR extender which inturn overdrives the player. Pointing the remote directly at the player doesn't work either. Turning off the extender solves the problem but this is not a good solution.

Here's a question. Perhaps the problem is coming from the 3d sync signal being put out by the projector. Placing an external 3d emitter below the screen facing away from the IR extender (which is also under the screen) MIGHT solve this but I don't know if pluging in the emitter will disable the projector from still firing the signal forward. I'm not to keen on plunking down $70 bucks for an emitter just to find out.
