I have nVideo GeForce 210 and connected it to a new TV via HDMI. It works well but if I wake up my PC from standby while watching other inputs, e.g. OTA and then switch to the HDMI input of the PC, there is no signal.
I have seen problems reported for ATI cards. But did not know it applies to nVidia as well. I have to put the PC back to sleep and then wake up again. I downloaded the video driver (Vista-32) from nVidia 2 weeks ago. Is there a way to force the video card to output 1080p at all time even if the HDMI is not connected?
