Why does SVS not make any subs with 15" drivers? I imagine it would only help with those low frequencies - seeing as they are mainly HT subs...

Maybe one day they will. But look at the performance of their Ultra 13. It's really incredible. One reason could be the price. They said that the PB13 hits the sweet spot in performance and size. They said that in order to design a subwoofer that gets a few extra dB than the PB13, the driver has to be better, a much bigger enclosure and amp, which translates into much higher price and size.

And of course you can't possibly manage to house a 15" driver in the cylinder cabinets. think it will not fit in ?

Just use a larger sonotube.
At this point you start to enter DIY grounds and the attraction of a compact size goes away. SVS aims to please the largest group of audiophiles, not only audio freaks.

And with the new Ultra driver, they have a solid platform. No need of any 15" ,same with a company I shall not name who also use a 13...13.5" as the "large" driver in the lineup.
