What's up with that? Does anyone know if it has ever been widescreen? HDTVgalaxy lists it as an upconvert.

I noticed the same thing. It changed to 16:9 somewhere in the middle. I had turned on the Dish 6000's grey side bars when it started as 4:3 and didn't check it again for a while.


I'm pretty sure it's always been widescreen in the past. Someone forgot to flip the switch. I'm pretty used to that with local HD stations, but haven't seen it happen before on HBOHD or ShoHD.

Yes, it's always been widescreen. They had Stargate right (on just before it) but somthing got messed up for the begining of Jerimiah.

Interesting that they repeated the same error on the West Coast feed. Makes me think it was more than just some sort of switching problem.
