Ok, just got the PB13 Ultra delivered and now I need to figure out what cable I need to connect to my Denon receiver. I was on Monocable but i'm not sure what to search for. Can anybody link or recommend what to look for?

So any of the cables on that list will work? Is there a noticable difference in the more expensive ones?

Maybe, maybe not. I got myself a Monster 300 Subwoofer cable for $20 on Ebay. It's a nice cable.
