Looks like Nintendo is lining up the mid 2005 DS buyers.

GBA $42,023,530 527,133

XBX $39,379,728 265,067

PS2 $38,046,609 253,295

GBA sold more than XBox and PS2 combined. In a few months these users are going to see the DS and its games and upgrade. Sony should just stop calling the PSP a game system now and start marketing it as a portable media center. Hand held consumers are looking for a cheap system. (Sales doubled with a measly $20 price drop last month)

The SP dropped in price in September right? I mean, it's always been making money hand over fist, but the price dropped definately helped give it the boost.

3 Months in a row XBox outsells the PS2. Pretty sweet.

You...poopyhead :p

But, really I'm glad GBA does so well. I would never want to see a company like Nintendo go third party. I just can't see the justification in buying a PSP for the price. It seems as if they are not trying to compete as a handheld gaming system, more like a portable media device (Oh and also it plays PS2-like games!)
