The RF input will be expecting a PAL equivalent signal. If it can manage even a bit of NTSC it will be black & white only.

NTSC vs. PAL - TV Wonder (quick question)
Hello everyone,
I have just a quick question. I have access to a PAL TV Wonder PRO for cheap and I was wondering if it would work with inputting a coax signal. I don't need the s-video output. I only need the card to capture video via the coax input. BTW, I live in the US.
Is the PAL format required for the input (coax) and the output (s-video) on the card or is it only used for the output?
