Nucleus Reference 3 as good as they say?

Does anyone here own a pair of the reference 3's?

I've read many reviews that say they rival speakers costing several times more.

There aren't any dealers close by, so I haven't gotten the chance to audition them.

Is it even worth the trip?

You've already read the reviews, you're curious, find a dealer and listen.
