nVIDIA Quadro FX with external TMDS

I am looking for an nVIDIA Quadro FX PCI-E card (Quadro FX 1300 preferred) that will support the EIA-861B video timings on the nVIDIA ForceWare Advanced Timing page. This seems to require an external TMDS device like the Silicon Image 164/1162. Are there any cards available that have this? If not, is there an alternative way to get an EIA-861B timing like [email protected] through DVI?
