I have not seen someone conclusively say that they have had success running games from their gaming PC to the shield. I was hoping to put the shield with my AV rack in my home theater and stream from my desktop gaming system somewhere else. Has anyone done this with success? Success being running with little lag and using the controller.

It works great for me.. been doing it for nearly 3 years now. For best experience, have the PC and shield all wired.
