I have not used my HDTV system for a while due to nice summer weather and summer activities so when I did dust off the Toshiba 56H80 and my dst3000 for the upcoming fall line up and some sports I had to reprogram my favorite channel list and do a rescan of my Radio Shack double bow tie UHF antenna inputs. I noticed I picked up a PBS HDTV Demonstration channel but have yet to see a picture or any content from this channel, I belive this is broadcasted out of Brooklyn and still in low power output testing.
I still get great HD pictures on CBS-DT / WNBC-DT / WABC-DT / but noticed that the FOX feed is now PAX, and just a horrible picture, it was never like that before. As a matter of fact on my DirecTV 255 channel its the same feed, except its a much better picture. So what happened to the local FOX DT UHF feed?? I would figure Vic Cruz could fill me in on what happened, but can anyone explain ??
WCBSDT 2-2 Great HD and regular broadcasts
WNBCDT 4-2 Great HD and regular broadcasts
**WNYWDT 5-2 regular broadcasts terrible **
WABCDT 7-2 Great HD and regular broadcasts
WWORDT 9-2 regular broadcasts OK
WPIXDT 11-2 Great HD NY Mets and regular broadcasts OK
WNETDT 13-2 PBS HD Demonstration Channel low power (breaking up)
