Hi People,
I have a Server and SCSI NAS I use to playback HD movies. The server occasionally stutters during playback (maybe 5 - 6 times during a 2 hour movie). The movie will freeze for a second or so and then jump frames a little forward to catch up.
I was using XP before and it was doing the same thing and now I am using Vista.
I can't seem to isolate the issue to the video card or the transfer rate. I also am not sure if there is anything funky going on in Vista I should disable as all the basic stuff is disabled (Auto updates, Virus, Norton, Sleep Drives etc)
Any suggestions?
