Alan hangs out on the forum does the owner of Octane?
As the owner of HTmarket and HTDesign I will personally take make sure your order is taken care of with utmost care. As far as the seat itself, the largest difference in the Belmont seat has the storage arms for the tray tables, in the other seat no arm storage, where do you put the table or accessories when not in use "on the floor probably" not very tidy set up with our competitor seat. Belmont also includes the table in the pricing whereas octane sells you tables as extras. We don't nickel and dime on stuff like that. I can personally vouch that you will be taken care of so you will get better service front and back end in case of issues that arise.I know opinions are like. well, you know! But have narrowed it down (I think) to these two options. Would you opt for the Octane Diesel or the HT Market Belmont?
And why?

I know they left the warehouse, we should of updated tracking in your order. Tom was out last week but I Karen helping. Contact us Tuesday and we track them for you. Just send a quick email with order number.I will do that. Was hoping they might get here a bit quicker, or at least I would have some information as to anything past the day they left the warehouse on 8/20. Quick ship doesn't mean fast delivery.
Just want to affirm to anyone following the thread here that HTMarket has been really great in terms of their customer service. Very quick to respond to any questions, and more than cooperative in resolving any potential issues.
