Did anyone else notice in ROTK during a few quiet parts (I don't remember now), I heard a high pitched whine. Like what a CRT makes when it is running. It didn't last long and wasn't on every scene, but a few scenes, like when 2 people were talking and their was a pause between them I would hear it occasionally. I'm trying to figure out if this was because of the mastering or something in my system. Well if anyone heard anything like this I would appreciate it. Thanks

I heard this when Pippin was singing for Denethor...sounded like there was way too much reverb on.

Yep, I heard it also. At first I thought it was something outside, but after hearing it a couple times and reading this thread, it's definately on the disc/movie.
