I have a Digitrex, 32 inch, LCD, 720p.

When I am in tuner mode, or AV mode, I can adjust backlight brightness.

But when I go to component mode, for xbox, it blows the brightness all the way up, and it locks out that adjustment.

I don't know if it is supposed to auto detect or something.


I can not make any adjustments with the xbox, and I have gone through every menu a bunch of times on the TV with no luck.

Any help is appreciated. You can't even find the TV's with a google search, so if you need anymore information, let me know.

Unfortunately, that's the price you pay when trying to save money while not doing any research before you buy.


I hope someone can help, but it just goes to prove the old saying, "You get what you pay for."

Do not know if this TV has Game Mode, but if so, maybe this disable the backlight control, your Xbox has HDMI output?
