With the new laws and rules pertaining to domain names, it's not like they have a chance of prevailing. And you shouldn't even have to go to court to get the name turned over to you.

I wanted my namesake domain name, but I found out the person that had it orignially had the same name (Brae). I think its now owned by another entity for some business.


Domain squatters should be given an M16, 3 magazines of ammo, and a kick ooff the C-130 rear ramp to land in Iraq (or Cuba) to fnid their way hmoe.
