Those look like spade connectors to me. You can wiggle back and forth sideways (up and down) while you pull and they will come loose. Do not wiggle or pull front to back. Do not wiggle excessively, only enough for them to come loose.
Those are different than the ones on my LVX12.

I removed and sent my FVX15 amp in on Friday. Do I ever miss it! I have the Revel F228Bes up front, and the F426Be for the center, so these aren't your everyday speakers. My entertainment room sounds dead without it! Can not wait to get it back.

Yes, it is true. I am starting the process with older amps and then towards newer ones. I expect to send everyone email before Jan 22 or sooner. So far I got about 60% response rate and a couple of them have sold subs and some got the info of new owner which is very helpful. Also there are cases of email bounced back. I will be very busy with this for 4-6 weeks I think. Only LVX12/FVX15/FVX12.

To those who have removed their amp to send in for servicing, perhaps you can help me. I cannot seem to loosen the metal joints attached to the voice coil and the sensing coil. Per Brian, I raised the plastic covering, am using pliers on the metal joint itself and moving it left, right, up and down but they aren't coming undone.
Are they attached with nuts? What am I missing? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

From your picture, it look like they are a simple push in and out connector like my FV18. Something like these;

If so pull them away straight-out, from the location they are connected and not sideway or up and down using a long nose plier. Maybe a few side pictures, especially from the left side. Could help, since it look like either a screw or a weld.

I’m using dual g25s on concrete in a realky big room. Havent tested/changed damping and frequency settings much. For 90% HT/gaming, which settings did you use? Since I have crowsons, i think maybe low isn’t the way to go. I know it’s room specific, just curious what most use. Thanks

I think you have that right if ordering directly from Rythmik.

However custom options are available from Salk Sound You'll have to check with Jim directly about port options.

Thank you. Thought it would be best to avoid custom order in case I'm getting too many vibrations and need to return....not sure what to expect upgrading from L12. Flat white would be best, but guess it would be easy enough to wrap the sides of the gloss white...the front and grill are hardest to DIY.

If you are going DIY on a cabinet then you can just order a Custom Install kit directly from Rythmik and save some money. Rythmik Audio 15" servo subwoofer " DS1500 Custom Installation subwoofer

There are ways to tame unwanted house vibrations, FYI.

Thanks for the info....I meant DIY as in simple wrap to change the color without any permanent alteration. Wrapping the sides matte white should be easy....the grill is more challenging...I can just order gloss white, wrap the sides and have the OEM grill.

I also live in townhome and need to consider my neighbors.

What’s wrong with the grill? All white subwoofers come with white grill. We can also switch the grill to black if you prefer that.
